All Hyde tools are under warranty from defective workmanship and materials in the normal use of the product. Any such defective product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge if returned to Hyde. Our liability under all warranties, expressed or implied, shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products.

The Black and Silver ^TM and Pro Stainless products are guaranteed forever.
